    Officers filed a report for theft in the 2100 block of Mackintosh Ct. in Manhattan on May 22, 2023, around 8:00 a.m. A 63-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported a 29-year-old man stole three gold watches while helping them move home items into a moving truck. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,200.

    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 400 block of S. 3rd St. in Manhattan on May 22, 2023, around 10:45 a.m. The City of Manhattan was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged the Expoxy pebble flooring of the water area in Blue Earth Plaza. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $5,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Joseph Eustice, 30, of Junction City was arrested on May 23, 2023, around 12:30 a.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for two counts of forgery and one count of theft. This warrant stems from a January 12, 2023, report that Eustice fraudulently charged Appletech Design and Construction for gas worth approximately $1,000. Eustice was issued a total bond of $13,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

    Caesar Hermosillo, 29, of Manhattan was arrested on May 22, 2023, around 8:15 a.m. on his Ford County District Court warrant for probation violation. He remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $10,000.
