Toni Reis, 38, of Manhattan was arrested while at the Riley County Law Enforcement Agency on May 8, 2023, at 4:20 PM. Reis was extradited to the Riley County Jail on two Riley County District Court warrants for failure to appear. Reis was issued no bond and a $6,000 bond causing her to remain confined at the time of this report.
