Police are investigating a report of aggravated assault, battery and disorderly conduct following an incident Tuesday evening at a Manhattan apartment complex swimming pool.
According to the Riley County Police Department, a 22-year-old man reportedly threw a 21-year-old woman into the pool at the District Apartments in the 1400 block of Chase Place. After getting out, the woman reportedly punched the man. Then, a short time later, a separate 22-year-old man reportedly pulled a handgun on the woman and threatened her.
No further information was immediately available.
