    Tavian Garrett, 26, of Junction City was arrested on June 1, 2023, around 2:00 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. This warrant stems from a violation of probation from an original charge of aggravated indecent solicitation of a child. Garrett was issued a total bond of $10,000 and is no longer confined at the time of this report.

    Christian Gandarilla, 33, of Manhattan was arrested on June 1, 2023, around 5:15 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This warrant stems from Gandarilla’s failure to appear in court for an original charge of criminal damage to property. Gandarilla remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $8,000.

    Edwin Gonzalez, 28, of Manhattan was arrested on June 1, 2023, around 10:45 p.m. on his Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery, and kidnapping. This warrant stems from a February 18, 2023, case where it was reported Gonzalez and Cecilia Chavez, 29, also of Manhattan held 31- and 36-year-old men known to them inside a Manhattan apartment in the 700 block of Allison Ave. while armed with a shotgun. It was also reported they hit the men several times. Gonzalaz remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $50,000. Chavez was arrested in connection to this case on February 19, 2023.
