    44-year old arrested after failing to register as an offender

    A 44-year-old Manhattan man was arrested Wednesday morning on six counts alleging violation of the offender registration act.

    Michael Nash is additionally charged with two aggravated counts thereof. The charges were brought upon Nash for failing to fulfill requirements for offender registration.

    He remains jailed in Riley County on a $50,000 bond.
