Manhattan Fire Department was dispatched early Wednesday morning to a fire at the 1100 block of Claflin Road.
Crews were dispatched to the property at 4:18 am and found smoke coming from the roof of the house. After further investigation, responders found a fire in the attic of the property.
The fire was dispatched within ten minutes and resulted in $45,000 of damage to the property.
There were four residents in the home at the time of the fire and all of them escaped with no injuries. The fire is still under investigation at this time.
