Officers filed a report for possession of an opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and distribute or possess with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use at approximately 7:41 p.m. on Sept. 2, 2026 in the 2100 block of Fort Riley Blvd. Robert Darryl Williams, 61, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:50 p.m. for possession of an opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, distribution of opiate/opium/narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possess with intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, and distribute or possess with intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Williams was issued a total bond of $30,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Robert Calvin Linn, 37, of Junction City, was arrested at approximately 9:39 a.m. on Sept. 2 in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. This arrest stems from original charges of theft and contribution to child misconduct. Linn was issued a total bond of $5,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.

Officers filed a report for aggravated battery and interference with a law enforcement officer at approximately 7:41 a.m. on Sept. 2 in Manhattan. A 46-year-old woman was listed as the victim. A 21-year-old male known to the victim, was listed as the suspect. Keimon Jamal Webster, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested at approximately 7:53 a.m. for aggravated battery and interference with a law enforcement officer. Webster was issued a total bond of $10,000 and remains confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report.
