Phase 3 of Manhattan Regional Airport’s Runway Project has been pushed back slightly.

Airport Director Brandon Keazer told the Airport Advisory Board on Monday it’s a result of recent weather conditions.

The delays are not expected to have an impact on the start date of phase 4 of runway reconstruction.

Keazer says most of the taxiway work has been completed.

Officials are anticipating to still reopen air service in early September.
