Manhattan High cruises in Thursday night win

It wasn’t pretty, but Manhattan High’s football team improved to 2-0 Thursday night in Topeka, blasting Topeka High 55-19.

The Indians ran for over 315 yards as a team while holding the Trojans to 22 yards rushing.

After having gone unbeaten last season, Manhattan has now won its last 15 games, setting a new mark for top winning streak in school history. The Tribe will host Hays next Friday night.
