    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 500 block of South 3rd Street in Manhattan on September 27, 2023, around 10:35 AM. Officers listed the Hilton as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect damaged a window on the top floor of the parking garage. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $750. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 700 block of Highland Ridge Drive in Manhattan on September 27, 2023, around 2:24 PM. Officers listed a 40-year-old male as the victim when he reported an unknown suspect took his two iPads. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $800.     Officers filed a report for disorderly conduct and public nudity in the 1100 block of Moro Street in Manhattan on September 27, 2023, around 11:06 PM. Officers listed a 41-year-old male as the suspect when it was reported he was acting aggressive, belligerent, and pulled his pants down in public. Benjamin Lewis of Manhattan was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of nudity in a public place and disorderly conduct. Lewis was issued a total bond of $500 and was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report for sexual exploitation of a child in Manhattan on September 27, 2023. Mitchell Simmons, 38, of Manhattan was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of sexual exploitation of a child; possess media of a child < 18 and breach of privacy; install/use concealed camcorder without consent. Simmons was issued no bond and was confined in the Riley County Jail at the time of this report. Due to the nature of the crime reported, no additional information will be released.
