    Officers filed a report for criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Sunset Ave. in Manhattan on September 6, 2023, around 10:30 a.m.  The Pottroff & Karlin Legal Firm was listed as the victim when they reported an unknown suspect damaged a limestone sign valued at $6,000.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for theft by Deception in the 1900 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. in Manhattan on September 6, 2023, around 11:00 a.m. Walker’s Tea reported an unknown suspect fraudulently ordered about $4,150 worth of product and had it shipped to an out-of-state address.  The report was referred to another jurisdiction for further investigation.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary to motor vehicles in the 2100 block of Prairie Lea Pl. in Manhattan on September 6, 2023, around 1:00 p.m.  A 41-year-old man reported an unknown suspect took a black FN 9mm pistol, a knife, and a machete from his vehicle.  The total loss was estimated at $675.  A 76-year-old female reported that her vehicle was entered by an unknown suspect but nothing was taken.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Officers filed a report for burglary in the 200 block of Knox Ln. in Manhattan on September 6, 2023, around 5:00 p.m.  A 69-year-old man reported an unknown suspect entered his storage unit and took a brown Kennedy toolbox, various hand tools and power tools, and a hydraulic jack and stand.  The total loss was estimated at about $2,100.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.     Ryan Mancuso, 24, of Junction City, was arrested on September 6, 2023, around 10:30 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.  Mancuso remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of $10,000.

    Officers filed a report for burglary in the 1100 block of Garden Way in Manhattan on September 7, 2023, shortly after midnight.  A 73-year-old woman reported she suspected that a person known to her entered her apartment without permission and took various items including dishes and household goods, clothing, and jewelry.  The total loss was estimated at $12,800 and the case remains under investigation.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
