Officers filed a report for larceny in the 500 block of Sunset Avenue in Manhattan on November 15, 2023, around 12:57 PM. Officers responded to the report of an injury crash near the intersection of Tuttle Creek Boulevard and Walters Drive in Manhattan on November 15, 2023, around 2:09 PM. When officers arrived on scene they found a maroon 2007 Chevy Tahoe driven by Darion Smith, 24, crashed with a gray 2007 Honda Accord driven by Linda Reyes-Santiago, 23. A female passenger in the Accord was transported to Via Christi for treatment of her injuries. Smith was cited for no driver’s license and failure to yield at an intersection.
