Officers filed a report for domestic battery in Manhattan on November 8, 2023, around 1:59 AM. Officers listed a 56-year-old female as the victim and a known male as the suspect. Eric Fisher, 42, of Bucklin, Kansas was arrested in connection on probable cause offenses of aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery, criminal threat, and aggravated intimidation of a witness. Fisher was issued a total bond of $250,000 and was confined at the time of this report. Due to the nature of the crime reported (domestic) no additional information will be released.
