Officers filed a report for domestic criminal damage to property in Manhattan on January 8, 2024, around 10:31 PM. Officers listed a 62-year-old female as the victim when she reported a known male suspect damaged an interior garage door at her residence. The estimated total loss associated with this case is $500. Zelayha Vincent, 23, of Fort Riley, was arrested while at the Riley County Police Department on January 8, 2024, around 2:10 PM. Vincent was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear, criminal use of a financial card without the consent of the owner less than $1,000, criminal deprivation of property, attempted criminal use of a financial card without the consent of the owner less than $1,000 x 3, theft of property or services- less than $1,500 x 2, identity theft x2, computer unlawful acts, mistreatment dependent adult/elder person x 2. Vincent was also arrested on a Junction City Warrant for failure to appear. The original charge was for driving while suspended. The crimes were reported to have occurred in September of 2021. Vincent was issued a total bond of $11,500 and was not confined at the time of this report.
