Officers filed a report for aggravated battery, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, and felony criminal destruction of property in the 2400 block of Buttonwood Drive in Manhattan on March 11, 2024, around 6:55 PM. Officers listed a 39-year-old male and a 42-year-old male officer as the victims and a juvenile as the suspect. Officers arrested the 14-year-old, of Manhattan, on probable cause offenses of aggravated battery, aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, and felony criminal destruction of property at approximately 6:55 PM. The juvenile was confined at the time of this report in a juvenile facility. Due to the nature of the crime reported no additional information will be released.
Joseph Keehn, 30, of Junction City, was arrested while in the 1400 block of Beechwood Ter. on March 11, 2024, at approximately 12:39 PM. Keehn was arrested on a probable cause offenses of possession of opiate, opium, narcotic or certain stimulant, use/possession with the intent to use drug paraphernalia into the human body, distribution of marijuana (450 grams – <30 kilograms), criminal possession of a weapon by a felon, possession of marijuana (2 or more prior convictions), and distribute or possess with the intent to distribute drug paraphernalia for illegal use. Keehn was issued a total bond of $25,000 and was confined at the time of this report.
Ricky Dunklin, 29, of Ogden, was arrested in the 200 block of Riley Ave. in Odgen on March 11, 2024, at approximately 3:24 PM. Dunklin was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. His original charges were for aggravated battery, criminal threat, and domestic battery x 2. Dunklin’s total bond was set at $5,000 and he was not confined at the time of this report.
Jalisa Carson, 35, no known address, was arrested in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road on March 11, 2024, at approximately 10:15 PM. Carson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Her original charges stem from violations of the offender registration act; 3 or more convictions. Carson’s total bond was set at $10,000 and he was not confined at the time of this report.
