Officers responded to the report of an injury accident at the intersection of Blue River Hills Road and Tuttle Creek BLVD in Manhattan on March 26, 2024, at approximately 8:38 AM. Officers filed a report for aggravated assault in the 300 block of N 5th Street in Manhattan on March 26, 2024, at approximately 8:53 AM. Officers listed a 43-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he announced entry several times then when no one responded, entered the 39-year-old suspect’s apartment for maintenance. The suspect had a knife and confronted the maintenance workers with it upon entry into the apartment.
