Two men were injured Friday following a crash near Seth Child Road and Marlatt Avenue.
The accident occurred around 4:30 pm when a pickup failed to yield right of way to a cargo van. The Kansas Highway Patrol says the crash resulted in hospital trips for 22-year-old Spencer Berry and 63-year-old Mark Pixley, both of Manhattan. Both were taken to Ascension Via Christi and Berry was later transported to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka.
Authorities say both men were wearing seat belts at the time of the crash but both reportedly had serious injuries.
