    Chiropractor convicted of sexual battery

    A Manhattan chiropractor has been convicted of committing sexual battery against a patient.

    The Manhattan Mercury reports that the conviction came during a one-day bench trial Tuesday  for Kenyon Erickson, owner of Erickson Chiropractic. Erickson was charged in connection to an April 2022 incident against a then 46-year-old victim, according to court documents.

    Sentencing is scheduled for 10:15 a.m. May 21.
