Officers filed a report of criminal destruction of property in the 2600 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd on April 24, 2024, at approximately 1:19 PM. Officers listed a 70-yeal-old male as the victim when it was reported upon checking on his stored motorhome he discovered damage consisting of a compartment on the motorhome being forced open by an unknown suspect. Amy Roth, 38, of Manhattan was arrested on April 24, 2024, at approximately 8:14 AM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Roth was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear.
