Officers filed a report for discharge of a firearm within the city limits in the 1900 block of Hunting Ave on April 8, 2024, at approximately 11:30 AM. Officers responded to a call of a self-inflicted gunshot wound that resulted from the victim attempting to clean his firearm. Officers listed the victim as a 61-year-old as the victim. He was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
