Officers filed a report of escape from custody in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road on May 14, 2024, at approximately 3:36 PM. Officers listed Justin Brown, 34, of Manhattan as the escapee when it was reported Brown did not arrive at the workforce center nor did he return to the jail. Brown was located at City Park and taken into custody and is pending bond.
Mason Randolph, 35, of Manhattan, was arrested on May 14, 2024, at approximately 10:45 PM. Randolph was arrested on probable cause offenses of criminal damage to property and violation of a protection order. Total bond was set at $12,000. Randolph was confined at the time of this report.
