Officers filed a report of vehicle burglary in the 4100 block of Spook Rock Way on June 10, 2024, at approximately j8:27 AM. Officers listed a 24-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his wallet, a government Dell laptop, and a trail camera was taken from his vehicle overnight by an unknown subject. Rebecca Barrientos Rueda, 39, of Manhattan was arrested in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road on June 10, 2024, at approximately 4:10 PM. Barrientos Rueda was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter were for aggravated endangering a child x 2 and driving under the influence- 2nd offense. Total bond was set at $5,000. Barrientos Rueda was not confined at the time of this report.
