    Officers filed a report of theft on June 13, 2024, at approximately 11:18 AM in the 800 block of Levee Drive.  Officers listed a 46-year-old female as the victim when it was reported her FedEx package was picked up by an unknown person. Total loss associated with this report is $2,545.52. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated domestic battery on June 13, 24, at approximately 3:07 PM in Manhattan.  Officers listed a 44-year-old female as the victim and the subject is known to her. Due to the nature of this matter, no other information will be released at this time.

    Officers filed a report of theft on June 13, 2024, at approximately 3:47 PM in the 900 block of Vattier.  Officers listed a 21-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a check sent to him was taken and cashed by an unknown subject. Total loss associated with this report is $1,750. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Joshua Heinz, 44, of Manhattan was arrested on June 13, 2024, at approximately 10:55 AM in the 500 block of Vattier Street. Heinz was arrested on probable cause offenses of violation of the offender registration act x3. Total bond was set at $7,000. Heinz was not confined at the time of this report.

    Jimmie Dodson III, 23, of Topeka, was arrested on June 13, 2024, at approximately 1:05 PM in the 1000 block of South Seth Child Road.  Dodson was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation x2. The original charges in this matter were for possession of methamphetamine and possession of THC. Total bond was set at $40,000. Dodson was confined at the time of this report.

    Damon Russell, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 13, 2024, at approximately 10:20 PM in the 300 block of Bluemont Ave.  Russell was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter was for domestic battery. Total bond was set at $6,000. Russell was not confined at the time of this report.
