Jacob Robb, 26, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 15, 2024 at approximately 8:02 PM in the 3000 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Robb was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear x 3. The original charges in this matter were for aggravated domestic battery, aggravated battery, and domestic battery. Total bond in this matter was set at $84,000. Robb was confined at the time of this report.
Officers filed a report of an injury accident on June 16, 2024, at approximately 2:09 AM at the intersection of Fremont Street and Central Park Road. Officers listed a 41-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he was discovered by passersby lying in the roadway. The male had sustained serious injuries from what appears to be w vehicular hit-and-run with the pedestrian. The victim was transported via ambulance to Via Christi for his injuries.
