Thomas Leggio, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on June 4, 2024, at approximately 2:31 AM in the 500 block of Rio Hondo Way. Leggio was arrested on probable cause offenses of aggravated assault of an LEO, display of a license plate, failure to yield stop or sign, interference with an LEO, flee or attempt to elude five or more moving violations, flee or attempt to elude LEO by engaging in reckless driving x2, unsafe turning or stopping, and maximum speed limits. Total bond was set at $5,000. Leggio was not confined at the time of this report.
