A local man is in jail following his arrest on Monday afternoon for possession of a stimulant and failure to appear.
Brian Flanary, 45 of Manhattan, was arrested on probable cause charges just after 1:30 pm in the 5300 block of Tuttle Creek Boulevard. Flanary is charged with two counts of failure to appear, one count of possession of a stimulant while having a prior conviction for the charge and one count of interference with law enforcement.
Flanary remains confined in jail on a bond of $54,500.
