A Manhattan man is out on bond following his arrest on Monday night for aggravated burglary.
49-year-old Brian Dowling was arrested in the 1400 block of Meadow Lane by Riley County Police just before 8 p.m. He is charged with one count of aggravated burglary by dwelling for felony, theft, domestic violence or sex, two counts of possession of a stimulant and one count of violating a protection order which was a condition of pre-trial orders.
Dowling was booked into Riley County Jail and was later released after posting a $30,000 bond.
