Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 4600 block of skyway drive on July 22, 2024, at approximately 10:34 AM. Officers listed Redline Auto as the victim when it was reported a known suspect agreed to purchase a vehicle but has not followed through with payment since February. Total loss associated with this report is $10,000.
Brian Flanary, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested on July 22, 2024, at approximately 1:34 PM in the 5300 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. Flanery was arrested on both warrants and probable cause offenses of failure to appear x 2, possession of a stimulant, and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $54,500. Flanary was confined at the time of this report.
Jordan Prather, 25, of Junction City, was arrested on July 22, 2024, at approximately 6:40 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Prather was arrested on a Riley County District court warrant for failure to appear. The original charge in this matter was for aggravated assault x 3. Total bond was set at $5,000. Prather was confined at the time of this report.
William Pauley, 33, of Topeka, was arrested on July 22, 2024, at approximately 9:00 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Pauley was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation x 3. The original charge in this matter was for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. Total bond was set at $25,000. Pauley was confined at the time of this report.
