    Officers filed a report of an injury accident in the 200 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on July 3, 2024, at approximately 12:06 PM. Officers listed a 30-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he was struck by a vehicle in a parking lot. The victim was transported to Stormont Vail Hospital in Topeka by EMS for non life-threatening injuries.

    Christopher Williams, 42, of Ogden, was arrested on July 3, 2024, at approximately 10:08 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Williams was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. Total bond was set at $5,000. Williams was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 200 block of Fort Riley Blvd on July 4, 2024, at approximately 7:49 PM. Officers listed a 52 year-old-female as the victim when it was reported her vehicle was stolen while she was in a store. The vehicle was entered into the system as stolen. Kansas Highway Patrol was able to located the vehicle and it was recovered in Douglas County. The suspect, Ge’myia Stewart of Kansas City, Missouri, was taken into custody by KHP for theft of a motor vehicle.
