A man was arrested following an injury crash early Sunday in Manhattan, authorities said.

The crash was reported at 1:18 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of N. 9th Street, just north of downtown Manhattan.

According to the Riley County Police Department, a 21-year-old man was listed as the victim in the incident when it was reported that a suspect lost control of his vehicle, which collided with three parked vehicles.

Devin Phelps, 21, of Manhattan, was arrested around 2:25 a.m. Sunday in the 1100 block of Fremont Street in connection with the incident.

Phelps was booked into the Riley County Jail in connection with aggravated battery; driving under the influence; and interference with a law enforcement officer.

His total bond was set at $7,000.

Officials said Phelps bonded out of the Riley County Jail on Sunday.
