Kansas Congressman Tracey Mann thanked constituents following his easy victory in the Republican primary on Tuesday evening as he seeks a third term in the U.S. House in the strongly Republican 1st Congressional District.
In a post to social media, Mann thanked the voters for supporting him and said his number one goal is to now focus on getting Republicans elected across the country.
“We need to get the country back on track as the nation continues to deal with open borders, high inflation and weaponization by Democrats of the federal government.”
Mann won over 85 percent of the vote over challenger Eric Bloom who received around 13 percent of the vote. Mann is now set to battle Democrat Paul Buskirk in the general election this November. The 1st district of Kansas encompasses nearly 75 percent of the state.
