Law enforcement are investigating alleged criminal destruction of property in the 800 block of Fremont Street in Manhattan.
Just after 4p.m. August 24, a 39-year-old man and a 51-year-old woman reported a renter of their property did a substantial amount of damage to the property.
The subject is a 19-year-old man. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $1,700.
