Junction City police have arrested a juvenile for making threats directed at Junction City Middle School students and staff.
According to a release from Junction City Police Department spokesperson Cadin Sanner, officers on Tuesday identified and arrested the juvenile believed to be responsible for a Snapchat post Friday that included a list of names of USD 475 students and names. That social media activity came after a TikTok post that made shooting threats against the middle school on Sept. 11 as part of a larger trend targeting schools across the state.
