A Kansas man was arrested in Riley County on Tuesday on charges of child sex crimes.
38-year-old Evan Volker of Assaria, Kansas was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant at around 3:30 p.m. Volker is charged with single counts of rape and aggravated indecent liberties with a child. Volker is currently confined on a bond of $50,000 at the time of this report.
Due to the nature of these crimes, no further information is being released at this time.
