A teenage girl took the stand Wednesday to testify against a Manhattan man charged with stealing nude photos of her from her boyfriend’s phone.
The trial for Tristian Gooden-Heit, 29, of Manhattan began Tuesday in Riley County District Court with jury selection and was expected to continue through Thursday. Gooden-Heit is facing 15 counts of sexual exploitation of a child and single counts of interfering with law enforcement by tampering with the evidence and committing a computer crime.
