For the first time this season, Manhattan High volleyball has a winning record.

The Indians (16-15) took care of business at their home tournament on Saturday, grinding through the lengthy five-match day and reaping the rewards with a 4-1 record.

“We are so excited, we knew coming into this weekend, ‘Here’s our chance. We’re either going to go 5-0 or 4-1,” head coach Nicole Jones said. “We are just so excited to officially have a winning record, putting us in the best possible position for sub-state — the team is pumped.”
