Three Lady Raiders will represent Wamego High School at the state tournament next week as a result of their performance at Monday’s regional in McPherson.
The team placed fourth, just four strokes out of tying with Buhler for third and earning a team slot.
However, the top five golfer unaffiliated with a state qualifying team will also compete and in Wamego’s case this will be Addison Douglass, who placed second, Sophia Hellman, who tied for 11th, and Lillian Costa who placed 16th.
