    Tyler Pinley, 34, of Manhattan was arrested on October 31, 2024, at approximately 5:19 p.m. on a Riley County District Court warrant for probation violation. Pinley remains confined in the Riley County Jail with a total bond of no bond.

    Officers filed a report for theft in the 100 block of Manhattan Town Center in Manhattan on October 31, 2024, at approximately 7:17 p.m.  A 28-year-old woman was listed as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect took the victim’s iPhone 15 in a Pelican phone case. The estimated total loss associated with this case is approximately $1,060. Anyone with information contact RCPD or the Manhattan Riley County Crime Stoppers. Using the Crime Stoppers service can allow you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report for aggravated battery, aggravated assault, domestic battery, criminal damage to property, and theft in Manhattan on November 1, 2024, at approximately 2:40 a.m. A 21-year-old man was listed as the victim when it was reported a 19-year-old woman hit the victim, destroyed property, and took property from the victim.
