    Officers filed a report of larceny in Manhattan on November 15, 2024 at approximately 11:49 AM.  Officers listed a 31-year-old male as the victim when it was reported a known suspect sold the victim’s tools without his permission. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $5,000.

    Officers filed a report of criminal damage to property in the 600 block of N. 12th Street on November 16, 2024.  Officers listed 41-year-old female as the victim when it was reported an unknown suspect attempted to force her bike from the lock causing approximately $3,000 in damages.  Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Jacob Smith, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 15, 2024, at approximately 2:33 AM at the corner of Laramie and N. 10th Streets. Smith was arrested on the probable cause offenses of flee or attempt to elude an LEO by engaging in reckless driving, DUI, interference with an LEO, possession of marijuana, possession of a stimulant, and leaving the scene of an accident. Total bond was set at $10,000. Smith was not confined at the time of this report.

    Amy LaClair, 54, of Manhattan, was arrested on November 15, 2024, at approximately 6:47 PM in the 1100 block of N. Juliette Ave.  LaClaire was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear x2. The original charges in this matter were for DUI- 2nd offense, ignition interlock device, operating a car without device, and no valid driver’s license. Total bond was set at $7,000. LaClair was confined at the time of this report.

    Ricky Dunklin, 29, of Topeka, was arrested on November 15, 2024, at approximately 11:47 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Rd. Dunklin was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges in this matter were aggravated battery, aggravated domestic battery, violation of a protective order, and domestic battery 2nd. Total bond was set at $10,000. Dunklin was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated assault on November 16, 2024, at approximately 2:25 PM in the 2100 block of Halls Landing.  Officer listed 17 and 18-year-old females as the victims when it was reported a known subject pointed a gun at the two victims.

    Zachary Davis, 22, of Fort Riley, was arrested on November 16, 2024, at approximately 6:40 PM in the 1400 block of Beechwood Terrace.  Davis was arrested on the probable cause offenses of criminal threat, aggravated battery, and criminal damage to property. Total bond was set at $16,000. Davis was confined at the time of this report.

    Jackson Hocutt, 21, of Fort Riley, was arrested on November 16, 2024, at approximately 8:41 PM in the 100 block of S. Seth Child Road. Hocutt was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property. Total bond was set at $16,000. Hocutt was confined at the time of this report.

    Gregory Beard, 32, of Fort Riley, was arrested on November 16, 2024, at approximately 8:45 PM in the 100 block of S. Seth Child Road. Beard was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property. Total bond was set at $16,000. Beard was confined at the time of this report.

    Deon Benton, 22, of Fort Riley, was arrested on November 16, 2024, at approximately 10:16 PM in the 100 block of S. Seth Child Road. Benton was arrested on the probable cause offenses of aggravated battery and criminal damage to property. Total bond was set at $16,000. Benton was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of aggravated battery on November 17, 2024, at approximately 1:44 PM in the 1100 block of Moro. Officers listed a 20-year-old male as the victim when it was reported he was stabbed by an unknown subject. The victim was treated initially at Irwin Army Medical Center.

    Keonta Cook, Jr., 21, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, was arrested on November 17, 2024, at approximately 7:02 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Cook was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated battery. Total bond was set at $20,000. Cook was confined at the time of this report.
