Riley County announced on Friday that several departments will be updating its customer service hours for some departments beginning on Monday. The hours, which were temporarily put in place for the county back in July, will now be permanent going forward.
The updated hours will be from 7:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 7:30 a.m. to noon on Fridays and only applies to departments in the Riley County Office Building at 110 East Courthouse Plaza.
Departments not listed below will remain on their current customer service hours. Those hours can be found at rileycountyks.gov.
The following departments will be undergoing these changes:
-Appraiser
-Community Corrections
-County Clerk and Elections
-Emergency Management and Riley County Fire District #1 Administration
-Human Resources
-IT/GIS
-Planning and Development/Environment Health
-Riley County K-State Extension
-Treasurer and Motor Vehicle
