For the 108th time, its wheat versus corn on Saturday as the No. 24 Kansas State Wildcats travel to Ames, Iowa, to take on No. 18 Iowa State in the annual Farmaggedon game.
K-State and Iowa State have played every year since 1917. Farmaggedon is the 19th-oldest rivalry in FBS football and Iowa State leads the all-time series 53-50-4 with K-State being 17-7 since 2000.
Cyclone head coach Matt Campbell is in his ninth year as the head coach with a record of 62-50. They are 9-2 on the season and are looking to win 10 games for the first time in program history. Both teams come into the weekend still alive make the Big 12 Championship game, although K-State is more of a longshot.
