A Manhattan man is behind bars following a an early morning arrest on Monday.
64-year-old Kenneth Edward Scott was arrested in the 2100 block of Patricia Plaza around 3 a.m. on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, and anotgher count of criminal threat causing evacuation.
He is still being held within the Riley County Jail on a total bond of $10,000.
