    RCPD investigating destruction of property and burglary

    Officers filed a report of burglary and criminal destruction of property in the 700 block of Moro Street on December 5, 2024, at approximately 11:40 PM.

    Officers listed a 54-year-old and 41-year old women as the victims as well as Evergy when it was reported the women’s apartment had been broken into with cash taken and damage to the door jam and Evergy property.

    Total loss associated with this report exceeds $1,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers.
