    Ogden man arrested for perjury, violating protection order

    An Ogden man is behind bars on a large bond after his arrest by RCPD on Thursday.

    Horashio Pritchett, 45 was arrested just prior to 4 p.m. at the Riley County Jail.

    He has been charged with probable cause offenses of perjury, five counts of violating a protection order, and violation of the Offender Registration Act, his 2nd such offense.

    Total bond was set at $28,000. Pritchett was confined at the time of this report.
