Officers filed a report of domestic battery, criminal threat, aggravated kidnapping, and aggravated impersonation of an LEO on January 25, 2025, at approximately 2:37 PM in Manhattan. Jeremy Barker, 45, of Manhattan, was arrested on January 25, 2025, at approximately 2:44 PM for the probable cause offenses of aggravated false impersonation, domestic battery, aggravated kidnapping, and criminal threat.
