Officers filed a report of motor vehicle theft in the 1600 block of Houston on January 28, 2025, at approximately 9:10 PM. Officers listed a 52 and 24 year-old females as the victims when it was reported their 2017 Hyundai Sante Fe was taken by an unknown subject. Malina Regier, 29, of Mission, Kansas, was arrested on January 28, 2025, at approximately 8:22 AM in the 400 block of N. 11th Street. Regier was arrested on the probable cause offenses of stalking and violation of a protection order x 2. Total bond was set at $20,000. Regier was not confined at the time of this report.
Caleb Turnock, 19, of Oak Park, Illinois, was arrested on January 28, 2025, at approximately 2:35 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Turnock was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for promote obscenity to minors and harass by telecom device. Total bond was set at $5,000.
