For the second straight season, Kansas State’s offensive coordinator is getting stolen away by the Lone Star State.
Multiple reports surfaced Friday morning that Conor Riley, the Wildcats’ longtime offensive line coach and first-year offensive coordinator, is headed to the National Football League to coach the offensive line for the Dallas Cowboys, the team confirmed Friday afternoon.
His exit comes a little more than a year after former offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Collin Klein left Manhattan to coach at Texas A&M.
Riley joins former Wildcats Cooper Beebe, the former two-time Big 12 Offensive Lineman of the Year, and consensus all-American Deuce Vaughn in Dallas.
