    The RCPD has released its incident and arrest reports for the weekend of February 1-2, 2025, included are reports of criminal threats, domestic disturbances, DUI arrests, and violent offenses. In total there were 18 incidents and 7 arrests.

    Key Incidents Reported

    Criminal Threats & Disorderly Conduct

    • Criminal Threats were reported at Westwood Motel (2108 Fort Riley Blvd.) on Feb. 1 at 1:33 PM and at O’Malley’s Alley (1210 Moro St.) in Aggieville at 2:59 AM on Feb. 2.
    • Disorderly Conduct occurred at Tubby’s Alley (1127 Moro St.) around 12:56 AM on Feb. 2.

    Domestic Incidents

    • Two domestic-related incidents were reported on Feb. 1, including one at Freddy’s Frozen Custard (229 McCall Rd.) at 9:18 PM.

    Drug & DUI Arrests

    • Drug-related activity was recorded in the 1100 block of Moro St. in the south alley around 3:59 AM on Feb. 2.
    • DUI arrests were made at:
      • 100 block of E. Poyntz Ave on Feb. 1 at 6:51 PM.
      • Wreath Ave. & Payne Dr. on Feb. 2 at 12:12 AM.

    Key Arrests Over the Weekend

    The RCPD made seven arrests, with charges ranging from DUI and criminal threats to aggravated domestic battery.

    1. Cesar Martin Vaquero (21, Ft. Riley, KS)
      • Charged with Criminal Threats at 1113 Moro St..
      • Bond: $5,000.
    2. Cayse Paul Carroll (20, Tehuacana, TX)
      • DUI, Possession of a Firearm Under Influence, Interfering with Law Enforcement.
      • Bond: $3,000.
    3. Gage Kaden Ellis (21, Manhattan, KS)
      • Aggravated Domestic Battery (choking), Aggravated Intimidation of a Witness/Victim.
      • Bond: $20,000.
    4. Kortisha Renee Meeks (32, Manhattan, KS)
      • Domestic Battery & Criminal Damage to Property.
      • Arrested at Highland Ridge Apartments.
      • Bond: $5,000.
    5. Jordan Eric Kimbrough (31, Manhattan, KS)
      • Failure to Appear in Court.
      • Bond: $10,000.
    6. Ernesto Uriel Mandujano (20, Fairfield, TX)
      • DUI – First Offense.
      • Arrested at Wreath Ave. & Payne Dr.
      • Bond: $750.
    7. Daryl Denoris McDaniel (39, Junction City, KS)
      • DUI – First Offense.
      • Arrested at Riley County Police Department.
      • Bond: $750.
