    Christopher Larsen, 38, of Covington, KY, was arrested on February 21,2025, at approximately 1:47 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Larsen was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear x3 and interference with an LEO. Total bond was set at $32,500. Larsen was confined at the time of this report.

    Abner Garcia, 38, of Houston, Texas, was arrested on February 21, 2025, at approximately 5:20 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road.  Garcia was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for aggravated battery and domestic battery. Total bond was set at $5,000. Garcia was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of theft in the 500 block of McCall Road on February 22, 2025, at approximately 11:40 AM.  Officers listed Pizza Ranch as the victim when it was reported a large Pizza Ranch store sign was stolen by an unknown subject. Total loss associated with this report is approximately $2,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Officers filed a report of theft in the 3200 block of Kimball Ave. on February 22, 2025, at approximately 11:55 AM. Officers listed a 54-year-old male as the victim when it was reported his enclosed Pace Arrow white trailer was taken by an unknown subject. Total estimated loss associated with this report is $7,000. Anyone with information can contact Crime Stoppers. Using Crime Stoppers allows you to remain anonymous and could qualify you for a cash reward of up to $1,000.

    Matthew Klingforth, 18, of Haysville, was arrested on February 22, 2025, at approximately 5:01 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Klinforth was arrested on a Riley County District Court warrant for rape, aggravated sexual battery, and sexual battery. Total bond was set at $50,000. Klingforth was confined at the time of this report.

    Officers filed a report of an injury accident in the 1900 block of Tuttle Creek Blvd. on February 23, 2025, at approximately 5:33 PM.  Officers report Hunter Waters, 24, was operating a Harley Davidson Road King when the motorcycle slid on ice. His passenger, Alyssa Butler, 23, was transported to Via Christi by EMS for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
