William Benner, 23, of Manhattan, was arrested on March 4, 2025, at approximately 7:55 PM in the 1000 block of S. Seth Child Road. Benner was apprehended on a Riley County District Court warrant for failure to appear. The original charges stemmed from a previous incident involving possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while suspended.
